We sell a wide variety of art, ceramics, fashion, music, books, and prints and, as well as food items and digital products.

Placing an order on our website is easy! Simply browse through our product selection and add the items you’d like to purchase to your cart. Once you’re ready to check out, enter your shipping and billing information and select your preferred shipping method. Your order will be confirmed via email once it has been placed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package by entering the tracking number on the website of the shipping carrier.

Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, and all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that due to the unique nature of our products and/or the current situation with COVID-19, international shipping times may be longer than usual.

Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, shipping times may be longer than usual. We are closely monitoring the situation and will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Return and Refunds

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re happy to offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please refer to our Shipping, Returns and Exchange policy for more information.

Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: personalized items, custom-made items, food and perishable items, candles/meltables, and digital products.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within the time frame allowed by your card issuer’s policies.

Many of our products are one-of-a-kind, hand-crafted pieces made by local artisans and artists. However, some of our products are also available in limited quantities. If you’re interested in a product that is currently out of stock, please contact us and we’ll do our best to restock it for you.

Yes, your billing information is transmitted over a secure, encrypted connection and is never stored on our servers.

We accept all major credit cards.

All applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout and added to your order total.
