Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Terms

  1. Free Refund Period:

    • You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your booking within 24 hours of making the reservation.

  2. Standard Refund Period:

    • Cancellations more than 7 days before the tour date: 75% refund of the total tour cost.

    • Cancellations 2–7 days before the tour date: 50% refund of the total tour cost.

    • No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date.

  3. Deposit Policy:

    • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is required at the time of booking.

    • The remaining balance is due 7 days before the tour date.

  4. No-Show Policy:

    • In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued.

  5. Operator Cancellation:

    • We reserve the right to cancel a tour if minimum participant requirements are not met. In such cases, you will be notified in advance and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour.

  6. Special Circumstances:

    • Tours operate rain or shine. In exceptional circumstances such as severe weather or events beyond our control, we will offer rescheduling options or a full refund.
