Kingston Creative Tour Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any tour through Kingston Creative either online, via email or by phone. Whether your tour is eligible for a refund, depends on when you cancel the booking. Please see below for tour cancellation, refund and no show guidelines.

To note: Kulcha Connect reserves the right to cancel a tour booking if the minimum participant requirement is not fulfilled. In such an event, customers will be notified in advance and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule their tour for a later date.

Refund Policy

1. Free Refund Period:
   • Customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their booking within 24 hours of making the reservation.
2. Standard Refund Period:
   • Customers who cancel their booking more than 7 days before the tour date will receive a 75% refund of the total tour cost.
   • Customers who cancel their booking 2-7 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund of the total tour cost.
   • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date.
3. Refund Requests:
   • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team via email at tours@kingstoncreative.org or by phone at (876) 840-1287.
   • Refund requests must be made within the stipulated refund period.
4. Refund Processing:
   • Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
5. Changes to Bookings:
   • If you need to change the date or details of your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur a $5 rescheduling fee per person. 
6. Special Circumstances:
   • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, severe weather, or other events beyond our control that result in the cancellation of a tour, we will offer rescheduling options or a full refund.

No-Show Policy:

• In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued.

Deposit Policy:

• To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the tour date.
