Shipping, Returns and Exchange Policy

By placing an order with us, you agree to our Shipping, Returns and Exchange policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

General

At Kingston Creative, we’re committed to getting your product(s) to you as soon as possible. We understand that the unique nature of our products means you might want them sooner than later, so we strive to process and ship your order within 5 business days.

Domestic Shipping

All orders are affected by dynamic shipping rate based on the item type and the destination for where the product will be delivered.

International Shipping

We’re excited to offer international shipping to our customers worldwide! International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, and all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that due to the unique nature of our products and/or the current situation with COVID-19, international shipping times may be longer than usual.

Digital Products

Digital products will be sent to your email within 24 hours of purchase. No physical shipping will be needed.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of some of our products, we’re unable to ship to certain countries. Please check with us before placing your order if you’re unsure about shipping to your location.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change and that sometimes you may need to cancel your purchase. We have a fair and flexible cancellation policy in place to accommodate such situations. Please note that the following policy applies to all tours, physical and digital products that we sell.

Tours:

Cancellations within 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund. All other cancellations will be eligible for a 50% refund.

Physical Products:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase will be refunded in full.

Cancellations made after 24 hours of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.

Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for purchases of digital products.

In the event of a cancellation, please contact us at info@kulchaconnect.com as soon as possible. We will process your refund or credit as soon as we can, but please allow for up to [insert time frame] for the refund to be processed.

Please note that in case of refund, the refund amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment used while making the purchase.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and we will make every effort to accommodate any reasonable requests for cancellations or refunds. However, we reserve the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Returns and Exchanges

We anticipate that you will be satisfied with your purchase from Kingston Creative. If for any reason you are not, we’re happy to offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your order (conditions apply).

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that:

  • The product is in the same condition that you received it
  • The product is returned in the original packaging
  • The product is not a final sale item
  • You have a proof of purchase

Please note that return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. To request a return please email us at info@kulchaconnect.com 

Final Sale Items

Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized items
  • Custom-made items
  • Food and perishable items
  • Digital products
  • Meltables 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@kulchaconnect.com within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within the time frame allowed by your card issuer’s policies.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with the above policy.
